Hello. Richard. We spoke last year and I mentioned to you that each A to Z wireless is owned by different people. Itβs a franchise. From what I recall this happened at the parkway Plaza location. Please post this review on there page. Itβs totally unfair for us at mission valley to get blamed for something we havenβt done. If I am wrong or incorrect please provide receipt or any proof that you got this repair done at our mission valley location and we will replace your phone with a new one. All we need is for you to prove it was OUR location. 1640 Camino Del rio Thank you.

I really appreciate your feedback here, Tony. It sounds like we could've done a better job communicating our warranty policy when we initiated the transaction. We keep that in place because after 30 days, there might be some other factors coming into play with your phone. Still, I hope that we can clear things up. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. -Adrian, Regional Manager
