We are sorry that this customer is upset, we could not repair his galaxy S7. the customer brought us the glass only we require glass and LCD for the repair of this device. We politely told him the part he provided was inadequate and we need to provided our own part because of quality control. unfortunately the customer got upset even though we did not provide a service for him.
