Hello, Iβd like to begin by apologizing for the inconvenience and the issues your facing with your phone, unfortunately the issue has to do with the other damages you have on your device rather than the part or service that was preformed. As the technician mentioned prior to the repair, the aluminum frame of your device is bent, while repairable any excess force or pressure, such as a drop or excess weight placed on the device, will result in either a more quickly broken screen or or the screen separating from the frame as it is not completely flat/flush (regardless of the part or adhesive used). Our best recommendation is to upgrade the device as soon as you can as these issues will not go away with a simple screen repair, while it will work and get you by it is impossible to leave the device like new unless you replace everything, which at this point is not economically feasible (as it will cost the same as a new phone). Sorry for the misunderstanding but we do our best to always be fully transparent with any job we do, which is why we mentioned the frame damage prior to going ahead and changing the screen. We are here to hear any other concerns you have or help in any way we can

Hello, just here to say that what you are posting makes no sense. How would you not realize if a piece that's external is missing on the phone? We have been working in this bussiness over 15 years in the bussiness and never had issues, besides, old used parts have no value... If you have any problems just stop by the shop and we will do our best to help. Otherwise stop spreading false information and slander. Have a great day
