Hello Abdullah, We appreciate your business but our warranty policy does not include physical damage. When you returned to our store it was past 30 days and the screen was then physically damaged. We pay a premium for the highest quality replacement. Our repair warranty is effective for 30 days but if you have any issues even after the 30 days we will always still work with you and find a solution. You may be leaving a review for the wrong store.
