We never committed or even you paid for it, we just told you that will try to get the battery. You have such a kind of phone for which battery is not available everywhere. Mr Sathya you have used the Cellairis warranty 5 days back and we were more than happy to take care of you that time but you broke your device again today and the claim we summited 5 days back have not been cleared so there is no possible way we could put another claim and you are more than welcome to contact Cellairis to confirm that.that is what our employee mentioned you today and he also informed you that he will contact you once your previous claim is pass so you can use the warranty again.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience, we have no customers by the name of Neeha Gopala, I've searched my records and found not one single customer who purchased a battery for $35, we charge $27.99 for battery replacements. Replacing your battery with a new battery wont cause your phone not to charge, if anything it may not hold a charge which is no problem we offer a lifetime warranty for our batteries. If you are a customer of ours, please feel free to stop by or call us at (830) 214-7340. You can also bring your device in with your receipt and i'll be more then willing to refund you money.
