Business hours were incorrectly advertised, causing a wasted trip

Business reply on Google

Hello Katie, we apologize for the confusion and can understand your frustration. We have been in business for over 43 years and have shown our inventory by appointment only for the last 33 years. We don't employ sales people and typically, we would not be at our showroom on a Sunday afternoon unless we had a scheduled appointment. Google's business page does not allow us to specify business hours as "by appointment only" and does not allow us to separate our service department (which does have set hours) from our sales department listing on Google, hence why the business page on Google showed hours when we may not actually be at the showroom. Please also understand that we never received any phone calls, texts, or voicemails, on our sales dept. phone number 206-851-2737, which is listed on the sign outside of our door. Had a phone call been placed, and we would have been able to communicate, we would have explained to you that "I show my inventory by appointment, and can usually cater to your schedule", and I likely would have been able to meet you at the showroom on Sunday afternoon. I founded Complete Automotive in 1983, and my business has always been structured on having repeat

Charged for unnecessary valve replacement and sensor removal

Business reply on Google

Leticia Guimaraes Neves arrived at our dealership without an appointment after 5PM on February 26, 2018. Despite not being paid hourly, our service manager stayed past business hours to assist Leticia, and make sure she was not left stranded. We had one of our master technicians, who was getting ready to leave, stay and repair her tire. By doing so, he ended up being paid overtime. We specialize in sales and service of luxury vehicles. While we can work on tires if need be, it is not part of our regularly offered services. Leticia was quoted a half an hour of labor for $67.50, plus parts and taxes for a grand total of $81.19. Before her car was worked on, she agreed to pay that amount. Noted on her repair order that she signed, the valve stem that we installed to fix the leak, does not come with a new TPMS sensor. Until the TPMS sensor is replaced the error message will persist. Letecia also stated that she was going to check with the tire company in California that originally replaced her tires about a warranty with regards to her tire stem and TPMS sensor. Our service manager offered to install the TPMS sensor for Letecia without any additional labor cost in a future service appo
