I'm sorry, if you're having trouble with laptop but there isn't much I can do to fix your latop over the phone. I will be happy to take care of the issues you're having if you can bring the laptop to the shop for a repair. Thank you.

Unfortunately being a local family owned and operated business emergencies do arise from time to time where we have no option but to temporarily close the shop. This does not happen often and in no way does it correspond to the quality of our work. Quite often we come in on Sundays, open early and stay late as well as do in home/business calls for our customers.
