Hello Tema, I kindly ask that you take this review down as it is not reflective of our business whatsoever. You are giving us a bad review for something we do not do; this makes zero sense. I do not know who you are or where you are based on this review but we cannot possibly provide in-home service to an unlimited service area. We do have a physical location as you can see on Google and you are welcome to bring your set in. We went back and looked at our call logs and we cannot even identify you. If you will please call our office and explain the situation perhaps we can help.
