High rental prices for non-climate controlled storage units.

Mr. Lee we actually have the least expensive prices in the area. I see you haven't been a customer since 2017 and yes our prices have increased over the last 5 years as have gas, electricity, groceries and more. While we do our best to provide our customers with the lowest prices possible, we do have to update our rates periodically. Inaccurate gate access hours prevent customer from retrieving stored belongings.

I'm sorry you feel this way, however it does state there are special circumstances for 24 hours access, i.e. vehicle parking, businesses w/ valid business license as well as temp 24 hour access for urgent needs. We have looked back at gate codes and see no where you have been inconvenienced by these hours. You simply need to call the office and speak with Amber the manager and she will be happy to assist you. There was an email sent out on May 10th, 2021 as we were having numerous issues with customers sleeping in units, as this was posing not only a security issue for all customers but is also against the law and gate hours were enforced as stated on the main gate, which had been there for years. Candance, we do offer 24 hour emergency access as we discussed at the property. 24 hour access is for emergencies and certain situations, such as parking and businesses. However, our normal gate hours are 6am-10pm and it is also posted on the main gate of the property. I see you are still a customer here and am happy to discuss further with you in the office.
