You called us on the phone and asked if we offer charging port cleanings. I told you yes and it was 29 bucks. When you came in you said you wanted you port cleaned. The owner of the store took you phone in the back and performed the service you requested. Then she took the phone and tested it. When I handed it back to you it seams you forgot about our little conversation. The one were I told you I tested the phone and told you need to replace the port. You were given the price of 109 and told we would give you credit for the 29 you paid. Well that offer is off the table.

I read this bad review and see ware he states is issue is how this was handled. This customer was offered a 100% refund and it was not good enough. He wanted to end up getting the refund and a check for 2500. He actually sued us and we did go to court. He was awarded by the courts 0. Again a Judge gave him nothing. He was told by the Judge he should have accepted a replacement and not have tried to make it a money maker.

Ashli we normally do not respond to comments from non customers. We have pretty good records and in the 16 years we have been opened no one with your name have ever been in our store. You say you picked up a phone that was repaired and the screen was cracked when it was handed to you. So just a tip the phone would have been under warranty when it was picked up. Did you say hay this does look right?

We are a repair store. People come here because there phone screen brakes. Our manufacture warranties our parts for lifetime for defects. What they do not cover is damage. When that phone was brought back in it had damage on the front screen. Screen damage cause glitching. Yes it sucks your girlfriend dropped the phone again. That is the reason we redid the repair at a discount for you.

You are confusing the glass on the back the phone and your camera. Yes they are 2 different items. You cracked the back of the phone and damaged your camera. If your issue is we made some money on your screen protector wow you don't have a clue about operating expenses. Also when the guy brings the package who put on the glass for you. You know what business are allowed to make some money. If a 13 profit is bad and our time has no value to you then please stop by for a 13 refund. We did not fix our work we fixed a phone you broke. Did you drop the phone? Take some responsibility for your actions.

Jeffery this is the first I am hearing you have has ant issues. As far as a conversation about us working on your computer while it was plugged in is not a conversation I remember having either. Actually we do not work on anything while it is plugged in. Is your issue that we didn't give you a free battery?
