We are sorry your phone wasn’t fixable We refer to the motherboard as the “brain” of the phone. You brought in a water damaged phone. With any water damaged phone there is a 50/50 chance of it being fixed.we explain to u that before we toke your device in for treatment Also the glass screen protector you are referring to we give free to all our customers. No charge first time u brought your iPhone in for screen Replacement that had t mobile screen protector on it also and it cracked phone can get cracked all depends on the impact You said you took your device somewhere else and they fixed it. If they did, then why did you have to go and buy a new device? We tried contacting you and we talk to your mom or your Grand mom that came with you we explain to her the situation u said u toke it somewhere else and they fixed it but you never got back to us. If you come back in and show us proof that you went somewhere else and they fixed your device, we told her u can come and get a full refund. But u never showed up

We are sorry that you feel that way but you brought us an open laptop with missing parts that you tried to fix yourself. You couldn’t repair it and ended up breaking your own keyboard. We did you a favor by trying to repair your laptop back together, even though our policy states we will not repair a device that someone has already opened. You brought parts with you that you had ordered online and they were not even for your laptop. We got your laptop working again with the pieces you brought and we are sorry that we couldn’t make you a happy customer.
