Hello, sorry to hear there was miscommunication on the device you purchased. We typically sell carrier locked phones for much cheaper and sadly with that particular device you bought, we gave you a fantastic deal. And to my knowledge the phone is not blocked, it’s just carrier locked. Please stop back by and we can better explain. .. ?? And who knows, maybe we could figure out a better deal.

What happened? What carrier were you originally buying it for? Def get back with us we will make it right. Unlocked phones are definitely more money, so not sure if that was the mix up. Either way would like to see what happened

WHOA!! Sorry, we never heard back that your issue was not resolved. And your phone was dropped off by another shop. We were not even aware of the issue originally. So this was a complex third-party issue to say the least. Sorry you feel this way. Clearly you can see by our other reviews that this is a very abnormal issue. Well, for what it’s worth; very sorry about that. I understand, I have kids, and It bothers me also when people have no filter or regard for kids. I’ve even kicked people out of my old phone shop location due to disrespect. Once again, sorry abt that.

Wow, sorry you thought the shop was small and ugly. Inventory does go quickly, we do our best to update as much as possible. I️ don’t recall you coming in. What were you interested in? We are usually able to meet the needs of our customers .... until these last 2 reviews, ...LOL.
