Hi Frank. We’re sorry you had a bad experience with our office. The IRS requires paid preparers to maintain a high standard which includes holding individual preparers personally responsible for lapses in due diligence. Our preparer felt that there was not sufficient documentation to start the 2019 return. If you can bring in additional documentation, though, we’d be happy to begin work on your return.
