We sincerely apologize about your experience with us and the lack of communication. Unfortunately with collision repairs you cannot guarantee repairs until the tear down is performed and do whatever else is necessary for the repairs to begin and that is when more hidden damage can be found that was not visual at the time of the estimate. No excuses for the lack of communication, we always strive to provide excellent customer service which starts with communication. We did promise to take care of the molding, which we have tried reaching out to you multiple times to come back to have it installed with no response. Carissa, We Sincerely apologize about the negative experience and that you feel this happened here. We can assure you that we do not treat our customers vehicles in that manner what so after. All of the work that was required to be performed was completed, after was then sent to detail to be cleaned, which we have video proving this. We have searched through video, talked to all employees here and can promise that no one here ate fast food in nor took any belongings from your vehicle. We are not sure why this was not brought to our attention at the time of pickup or at least a phone call afterword's. We have tried reaching out multiple times to get this resolved.
