Wheel detached after service causing significant damage and safety issue

We could find no evidence of anything being done improperly. All five wheel bolts are sheered off. It was over a month ago that we worked on the vehicle. All wheel bolts were tightened to the factory specification. Typically damage like that occur come from hitting a pothole or curb.
Staff gave attitude and stopped service to help another customer

I apologize that we didn't fully explain the process. Our system will not just let us "look up a price" we have to open a repair order to even begin to look up a price. The system also requires a vin number to make sure to look up the correct parts. This can usually be pulled up by the plate number as well. Sometimes even with all that information there are further questions in the system that narrow down which brake system is on the vehicle. May times there is more than one set up. For this reason, we strongly encourage our employees to avoid even trying to look up a "phone quote" and instead make the customer aware that we offer a FREE brake inspection, so that we can properly check the brakes and price correctly. This is the only way to accurately estimate a brake repair without creating confusion. Again, I apologize that we didn't do a better job of explaining that.

I am sorry for the confusion. The total included the oil change, the brake hardware and the labor to install the brake hardware. Maybe you misunderstood the quote on the brake repair being the additional cost not the total for everything. I had no idea you were confused since you didn’t mention anything that day about the price.

Meineke failed to perform oil change, nearly causing engine damage

I would be happy to look at your Jeep and see if there are any oil leaks that might have caused the oil to be low a month after having it changed. We always fill the oil level to the manufacture specified capacity and always double check to make sure it's full according to the oil dip stick before we back the vehicle out of the bay.
