Worst customer ever.Lied about everything possible to get a free repair. Threatened to sue for something so small. We don’t accept customer who blame store who fixed there phone and try to take advantage of warranty. Horrible customer.

Jameela you had the receipt which clearly states all repairs comes with warranty and it will be void if your device is damaged or water damaged. No one will cover your device warranty with water damage. We clearly mentioned this in writing for people like you. Any repair place you go now to replace the screen. They will not give you any warranty against water damage!! Good luck!

Horrible! That’s a very uneducated false accusation anyways. There is no such thing as fake screen. Your back is cracked and damaged frame no matter what screen you put on it will crack so you must educate yourself and get a complete back glass repaired so it doesn’t crack again. Screen is made of glass not steel. We tried to explain but you just want free screen and keep cracking and blaming the stores. If you don’t get what you want this is what you do here. False accusations!

Hey man! Try to take responsibility of your own doing instead of blaming others and make false accusations. You bought the phone in August and beat the crap out of it. It’s cracked all over and battery is swelling and now you are whining here because you didn’t get anything for free. Your phone has been cracked from everywhere and battery is swelling so no matter what you do it will not stay and we explained that to you but you were argumentative. Well wherever you go you will get the same answer as to get your phone fixed properly with new frame and new battery and it will all be good.

Seriously! That’s so horrible that you called us like that. We showed you that your battery being swelled up and need to be replaced in order for a new screen to be properly installed and you agreed to that. God is the witness! We have no desire to sabotage you for merely $30 for battery. We have given you 30 days warranty for all parts and labor but if you come after few months how can we replace it for free. Now you gave us the negative feedback because you didn’t get free battery.

Sorry to say but People TRUST US FOR A REASON ! We are cheap because we don’t overcharge like others. No one will repair your screen if your LCD is damaged even though your screen was intact. Try any place and see what happens when you go there with damaged LCD and intact screen. Thanks for your words but TRUST ME no will repair for free. All screens are same no matter where you go because they come from same source. Everyone covers there repairs same way as it comes same way from manufacturer.

First of all If you damage the phone and try to ask for a free repair after 2 and half months of use otherwise threaten to leave us a bad review. Obviously we are not going to entertain that. If you could have bring it back within 14 days of purchase for any defects. We could have replace the device or repair it for free no questions asked. We don’t want customers who threaten businesses to leave bad reviews and try to get away with their false claims and scam small businesses.

Jenny I understand your frustration but if any physical damage that cause screen damage. It cannot be covered under warranty. We showed you the LCD crack under the glass. You still have chance and we can open right in front of you and show you the screen damage. But if there is anything else that is 100% covered under 30 days warranty. I will appreciate if you can come back and give us a chance to take a look and determine the cause.

You can go with cheap quality screens in mall for $100 or you can have apple recommended screens with lifetime warranty with us and compare our price with our competitors like CPR or ubreakifix who repair it for $200 It’s all about quality.

You have the iPad Mini 3 which is not covered by Groupon. Groupon is for iPad Mini 1/2 so please feel free to get refund from Groupon. Next time check model of your device before you purchase and assume all iPads are same.

There is something called emergency which can happen anytime any minute. We opened late because I got into an accident and if leaving a negative review makes you happy that’s fine. Next time before you leave a negative review for any other business try to find out the reason why store was not opened on time maybe someone has a family emergency and they couldn’t come on time posted on the door. Anything can happen in this time of pandemic so please no need to be ignorant about the facts before you leave negative review on social media like this.
