Your appointment was booked online shortly before arrival, and we called you immediately to inform you. You still chose to proceed with a pedicure. You mentioned that “life isn’t fair,” but leaving a negative review despite clear communication is exactly what creates unfairness toward a team that acted professionally. Regarding your claim of being “harassed,” our follow-up calls were made solely to address your concerns and provide clarity communication is part of professional service, even if you choose not to recognize it as such.
