Hi there! The timeline you have provided is mostly correct, but not accurate. However, your issue is with eBay, not us. Your sale was completed through eBay, and the return must be processed through eBay. You contacted us directly first about the product, to which we asked for more details about your issue. After discovering your purchase was processed through eBay, we referred you back to eBay to start a return. Unbeknownst to us, eBay had decided on their own accord that no refund needed to be honored for the transaction, due to reasons tied to your account, as you stated. We were never told why, but this was not our decision. Since the entire transaction was processed via eBay, we as a seller on their platform, followed their guidance. Additionally, the name on the order and the name on this review, do not match, leading us to further suspicion. In the end, we hate this played out the way it did and apologize we couldn't have found a better result for you.
The purchased console was infested with live bedbugs.

Hello! We buy and sell multiple PS5 units daily. Every unit is checked and tested when we make a purchase. They are again tested, cleaned and reset upon listing. It's a standard procedure for us. It is not possible that an insect infested unit ever left our facility. We were never given the chance to have your product returned to us for further investigation, nor were we given any opportunity to correct any potential issues. We were given a demand to provide a refund, with no product returned. The sales platform agreed with us that there was no merit or solid evidence to your claim, so we truly do not know what, if anything, was wrong with your unit. We're sorry that this could not have been a better experience for both parties.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your experience. Based on how we operate, if our awesome front counter guy recommended you to another store, there must have been a reason for him to do so. Examples could be due to be a defective item that we cannot purchase, or the item did not hold enough value to justify making a deal, or some other reason. However, rather than simply turn you away, sounds like he suggested another retailer that could potentially help you, since we could not. We try to make every deal that we can, so again, if he suggested another company, it was likely the best idea for all parties involved. Thank you for visiting!

We CAN take used computers parts in the event that they are brought in with a PC unit so that we are able to test them in store to ensure their functionality. When they are brought in loose, unfortunately we have no way of verifying that they do function. We will be sure to elaborate in the future with customer inquiries for devices going forward to ensure a positive experience all around!

Hello Asher! We will buy electronics that have second hand re-sell value. Chromebooks are usually budget friendly devices when bought brand new and they unfortunately hold little to no value as a used device. Most models fall under this category and we do apologize this was the case for your particular Chromebook.
