Hey Andrew, We’re sorry for the misunderstanding. When you called, we quoted you $120 for an aftermarket LCD. When you arrived, we found that the aftermarket screen was temporarily out of stock. We clearly showed you the Apple Original screen option which costs $250, but we did not pressure you to choose it. We also offered to bring the aftermarket screen from our other store within one hour so you could still get the $120 price you were originally quoted. Since we did not perform any service on your phone and did not charge you anything, we genuinely tried our best to help and be transparent.We always aim to treat every customer with honesty and respect.Now I respectfully ask you mam what's my wrong ?

Mam, our first priorities is our customers satisfaction. We are always try to make sure our customers satisfaction, because if I can make you happy you will back in my store. We are apologise that we can not accept your demand. No one can give you physical damage guarantee or warranty. I think you remember it when you fixed your phone we told you that you have 30days warranty for your screen without any physical damage. So if you face any kind of problem except the physical damage we will take care it. Today I also told you that your screen is badly damage and physical damge we will not take responsibility but as a regular customers I will charge you just for the parts not for service but you want refunds $400 dollar so if you fixed 4 time according to your clam it’s will be $280 so how can I give you $400 dollar refunds? Then you told me to fixed it free where I told you you need to pay just for the parts that was very less. And you brought A otterbox case long time before that was also damage and you didn't buy it from us.Through it dosen't concern for us. But I recommended you to change your case when you drop a lot your phone.And still I offer you to replace your screen with a

hi M ASH your review it's not evaluate our service, we closed for 2 weeks for vacation and we noticed wish 2 month before vacation, wish they keep product up to 30 days and they canceled and refund the amount if the customer can't pick it up , we are only pick location we don't have control and we 're not partner , we're only pick location please call wish or do order again , you don't need to evaluate us for something not our wrong . and if you need help really I'm ready to help you and teach you how you use wish technology to use the wish app, any way thank you

Thank you Eliza I always try to do the best But your iPhone 8 plus screen was fully damage with home button, And when we have home button damage We can replace it but every buddy know the fingerprint after replacing home button it doesn't work, Every iPhone has only one original home button work with fingerprint and if we replace it,you can press it but without fingerprint and this is how apple they designed it , Hope you can understand there is no repair for touch ID or fingerprint, And I have to tell all my customers When they brake the home button We can replace it and it will work without fingerprint, sorry we can't fix your fingerprint, I think your phone after we fix it was working like new again with no problem , Thank you again because you gave a chance here to explain this issue for all my customers. And if you go to Verizon differently they can help you better to buy new phone and spend more money that's it's can be there solution only .

I don't know what you want to prove on this review this business is established from 2013, stolen phones not working on any carrier. because they are on blacklist , if I sell them differently customers they will return them because they can't use them ,and also I'm not hitting and running on the street , I have physical address established business and wonderful customer for long term ,and very busy business around the year , do you thing I need to make $20 or $30 from stolen phone and broke my reputation, readers for this review can judge me , come visit and see how we treat our customers we treat every individual customer better from my self treatment, because I feel happy when I make every buddy happy , then don't fight with your self come ask me and I will be happy to help you. but If you try to make this movie to brake my reputation to make better business for other competitor on the city , I can tell you ,you are on the wrong place go play away please .

I can know from your explain you have iphone 6 plus , and the whiter thing is coming up from up the screen is not on the screen issue is on the motherboard issue and that happened when you dropped the phone and it should be to replace the touch ic . And this is the popular issue and apple they won't fix it , just recommend to replace it . In this case we do return for the screen or you have to pay for repair the touch ic , and if you ask or some customers they read this post may be they have this problem on iphone 6 plus and they understand this issue .
