Your deposit amount was clearly communicated at the time of booking when you booked online, and was not changed unexpectedly the prices and deposits are stated clearly online. You also canceled the appointment, and as a courtesy, I did not charge you any cancellation fees. During your appointment, you expressed that you loved your nails and even mentioned wanting to book again, so this feedback is surprising.
