We strongly dispute the claims made in these reviews. Our records show that the repair was completed sucessfully and returned in working condition. The customer negotiated a discounted repair price and also purchased a discounted phone case. The screen protector referenced in the review was not included in the transaction. When the device was later presented to the store, it showed physical damage. As clearly stated in our warranty policy, accidental or physical damage occurring after a repair is not covered under warranty.For this reason, we are unable to provide a warranty replacement.
