We take all customer concerns very seriously and want to address the false statements in this review. Our store has a long-standing reputation for honesty, fairness, and treating every customer like family. Over 99% of our clients are repeat customers who trust us for our quality service. In this case, the customer’s claims are not true. We have clear video and audio recordings showing that: We did, in fact, repair the customer’s phone successfully. When she returned, she and her companion were verbally aggressive and made repeated threats to leave a negative review unless we provided an additional refund or free repair. We still acted in good faith by issuing her a $100 refund as a gesture of goodwill — even though the situation did not warrant it. No discriminatory comments were ever made. These accusations are completely fabricated. Our business has zero tolerance for racism, and our history and diverse customer base speak for themselves. Unfortunately, this review is an attempt to harm our business through false claims and intimidation.
