Oh no! We are so sorry to hear about your experience. With a root retouch, there would not be any chemicals that would be strong enough to cause breakage including after a couple of days after having it professionally colored. All of our services include any and all types of blow dry style from rough dry to blow outs with a round brush or a little help from any heat tools. We also leave it asked when it’s requested to leave with wet hair or air dried styles. We will reach out to you to see what we can do to help you feel better in regards to your hair.
