Hello Navid, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your device after the repair. We understand that you called and spoke to our team and they were unable to assist. All our repairs come with a 1-year limited warranty, valid at all our locations. The only exceptions are liquid damage repairs or if we’re working on your device through your Original Equipment Manufacturer warranty or some other coverage plan. Then the terms of that coverage would apply. Our Customer Care team will be happy to help. Please call 1-877-320-2237 and select option 3. They are available Monday–Saturday 10am–10pm ET and Sunday 12pm–8pm ET.

Sorry for inconvenience, but if the device fails the inspection for In Warranty and our partner won't honor it then we have to refuse it. The other might not know or follow the policies, so they might later find out and has to take the loss.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but it's Samsung requirement that the phone has to pass 100% all the tests. A small crack will cause water Resistant to fail and we are not allowed to do half repairs.

Sorry that we were not able to fix your device, Samsung S6 is an older phone that we don't get those repairs on daily basis so we don't keep the parts in Stock, I will be more than happy to order you the parts and get it done for you if you would like to.
