Hi Earline We always try to fix the complicated issue with the motherboard of the phone, 10 out of 7 phones are fixable and rest are not. Before we took your repair we told you that we will try our level best to fix it but not guaranteed. Even if you go to apple store they will reject fixing your phone. Also we gave you a loner phone to use it for meanwhile. Please return our phone and pick up your phone. Thank you.
